BSVA Studio Legale Associato appoints Elia Macchi as partner in Varese
"Elia Macchi joins BSVA Studio Legale Associato as partner in Varese to work in civil, commercial and corporate law, corporate governance and litigation."
Macchi assists individuals and companies in both extrajudicial and judicial matters, and has experience in arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures. Over the course of his practice he has negotiated pre‑litigation agreements aimed at preventing disputes. He also has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including in English, and managing litigation in the area of private procurement.
With his appointment, BSVA further consolidates its capabilities in civil, commercial and corporate law, corporate governance and litigation and continues to develop and strengthen its legal assistance to businesses.
