Proskauer Welcomes Stewart Ross as Partner in Corporate and Fund Finance in New York

Ross’s practice focuses on a wide range of fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV financings, management company and general partner facilities, GP stakes financings, and other fund liquidity solutions. He will expand Proskauer’s capabilities representing asset managers across the full spectrum of fund finance transactions.
Proskauer’s Corporate and Fund Finance practice represents both borrowers and capital providers, giving the team a comprehensive view of how fund finance transactions are structured, negotiated and executed. Ross is the firm’s latest addition, reflecting continued growth across Proskauer’s Global Finance platform; since 2024 the firm has added 34 Global Finance partners worldwide and recently welcomed a leveraged finance team in New York composed of partners Bill Miller, Brian Kelleher, Stephen Harper, and Christopher Bevan.
