Theresa Lee (San Francisco) advises domestic and international clients on complex corporate reorganizations, global integrations, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. She represents public and private companies across technology, artificial intelligence, data centers, financial services, life sciences, digital health, and alternative energy. She previously served as co-leader of her prior firm’s Corporate Reorganizations practice and joins K&L Gates as a partner from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
