Ms. Toy advises public and private companies, private investment funds, executives and boards of directors on a broad range of compensation and employee benefits matters, including matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, spin-offs, initial public offerings, financings, investments and other corporate transactions. She is ranked by Chambers USA for Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation.
Ms. Toy joins Sullivan & Cromwell as a partner and has said she is returning to the firm where she began her legal career. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.S. from Princeton University.
