Barack Ferrazzano Adds Bankruptcy Associate Sam Rabuck

Rabuck focuses his practice on complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, distressed transactions, and related litigation. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, vendors, landlords, asset purchasers, and other parties in interest in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructuring matters across a broad range of industries.
He joins the firm as an associate from Cooley, where he was an associate. Prior to Cooley, he was at Mayer Brown, where he developed broad experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial lending. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Donald R. Cassling of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
