Barack Ferrazzano Welcomes Eric J. Herst to Litigation Group

Herst represents clients in commercial disputes at every stage, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial, arbitration, and appeal. He joins the firm as an associate in the Litigation Group.
Herst began his career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago and later practiced at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey in Connecticut, where he assumed lead and supporting responsibility on a variety of complex matters, drafted and argued dispositive motions, took depositions, managed all aspects of discovery, and worked on several trials and arbitrations. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.
