Barack Ferrazzano Adds Michael Pattis to Real Estate Group

Michael represents private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers, and lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development. His work spans data center, industrial, multifamily, office, hospitality, build-to-rent, renewable energy, and infrastructure assets. He is involved in all phases of transactions from letter of intent through closing and drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, leases, and other transaction documents on matters ranging from middle-market investments to multi-billion-dollar transactions. He joins Barack Ferrazzano as an associate.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Michael was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where he advised clients on similarly wide-ranging real estate transactions.
