Serge Wilinski joins bureau Brandeis Paris as partner
"bureau Brandeis Paris recruits partner Serge Wilinski to bolster its corporate and employment law practice."
He brings more than thirty years of practice. Admitted to the Paris bar in 1991, he began his career at leading international firms Theodore Goddard and then Ashurst from 1995. In 1997 he founded his own firm, Wilinski Scotto et Associés (WSA); following the merger of WSA in 2011 he became one of the founding partners of Marvell. In 2022 he reactivated his own structure under the name WB Legal, from which he joins bureau Brandeis Paris as its founder.
At bureau Brandeis Paris he will structure and lead a new practice in corporate law and employment law. His work focuses on reorganizations, governance issues and management packages for executives—areas closely linked to disputes among shareholders, managers and investors. He also has experience in private equity, international transactions and litigation, and predominantly represents an international clientele. He is perfectly bilingual in French and English and is a long-standing member of the board of the Legal Netlink Alliance.
