Thomas joins Addleshaw Goddard from HFW, where he spent several years. A member of the Paris Bar, he has over 15 years’ experience in business law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and distressed M&A. He advises companies, international groups and investors on strategic transactions, including complex cross-border deals and multi-jurisdictional matters across Europe and Africa. Thomas’s sector experience includes financial services, technology, transport, retail, energy and real estate, and he supports clients in international expansion and the development of strategic partnerships.
