WFaria Advogados appoints Luana Rosa as partner
"WFaria Advogados hires Luana Rosa as partner to strengthen its M&A and corporate law practice."
Rosa’s practice encompasses domestic and international M&A transactions; she has led corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and the negotiation of commercial contracts. She also advises on estate and succession planning, with a focus on asset protection, business succession and continuity planning for family-owned companies.
Rosa holds a law degree from PUC-SP and a postgraduate qualification from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Throughout her career she has worked at Pinheiro Neto, TozziniFreire and NW Advogados, served on the M&A legal team at Stone, and held the roles of Head of Legal for Brazil and Global Head of ESG at Merama.
