Aublé Law welcomes Patrick Dupuis as associate to its corporate/M&A team

Patrick Dupuis joins Aublé Law as an associate from Skadden, where he most recently served as Counsel after being promoted to European Counsel in 2022 and Counsel in 2023. He began his career at Davis Polk in 2013 and was admitted to the bar in 2013. Dupuis advises listed and unlisted companies, investment funds, and corporate officers and founders on French and international mergers and acquisitions and joint-ventures, as well as on corporate governance and broader corporate matters. He holds a Master 2 in business law and a Master 2 in banking and financial law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
Aublé Law said the appointment strengthens its corporate and M&A offering as part of the firm’s development. Founded in 2018 by Matthieu Aublé with an entrepreneurial project, the firm created two dedicated teams for business litigation and tax in 2023. With Patrick Dupuis’s arrival, Aublé Law counts four partners and five staff members.
