He counsels clients on minimizing federal transfer taxes, creating wills and trusts, implementing asset protection strategies, and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. He regularly structures irrevocable life insurance trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and limited family partnerships as part of sophisticated tax planning engagements.
