Clifford Chance appoints Adam Young to strengthen US CCTO healthcare capabilities

Young joins Clifford Chance after more than a decade at one of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, where he most recently led the legal team supporting enterprise procurement and related operational functions. He advises on complex commercial, technology and outsourcing transactions, helping organisations structure, negotiate and implement strategic business arrangements. He has experience advising on enterprise procurement, technology-enabled services and large-scale sourcing transactions in regulated industries, most notably healthcare.
Young becomes part of a rapidly expanding US CCTO team that has more than doubled in size over the last three years as Clifford Chance continues to invest in capabilities to manage complex commercial, technology and outsourcing arrangements. The firm has more than 450 attorneys across New York, Washington, DC, Houston and São Paulo, and its Americas team advises clients across sectors including healthcare and life sciences, technology, private capital and financial services, infrastructure and energy.
