Addleshaw Goddard appoints Kathryn Kerr as Partner in London Employment team
"Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Kathryn Kerr as a Partner in its London Employment team; she will work on employment disputes, investigations and international workforce projects with a focus on financial services and HR technology."
Kerr joins from Deloitte Legal, having previously worked at A&O Shearman. She advises on the full spectrum of employment law with a particular focus on financial services clients across banking and capital markets, investment management and wealth management. She also acts for clients in the media and communications, consumer, professional services and pharmaceutical sectors.
Her practice concentrates on litigation, investigations, cross-border projects and reorganisations, helping clients navigate complex workforce challenges, regulatory change and high-profile employment disputes. In addition to these core employment matters, she specialises in the role that technology can play in delivering efficient and effective advice and advises clients on engaging with the opportunities and challenges presented by technology and artificial intelligence in HR matters.
Kerr’s arrival is the sixth partner hire for Addleshaw Goddard’s Disputes Group across the firm’s international platform this year. The appointment forms part of the firm’s AG2030 growth strategy, which has included 38 partner hires in 2026 to date and the opening of its Amsterdam office, the firm’s 22nd worldwide.
