DLA Piper expands Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice with addition of Brittany Turner

Turner advises venture capital investors, private equity sponsors and technology companies on investments, financings, strategic transactions and other corporate matters. She joins DLA Piper as a Partner after serving in‑house at a leading global technology investment platform, where she helped oversee more than 100 investments across early stage, growth equity and pre‑IPO financing rounds, in addition to follow-on investments, secondary sales, restructurings and cross-border matters.
