DSA Advogados adds labor partner Felipe Meleiro Fernandes
"DSA Advogados hires Felipe Meleiro Fernandes as partner to co-lead its labor law department; he will work in employment law and labour procedure."
Fernandes specialises in labor law and procedure. He studied at the University of São Paulo (USP), holds a master’s degree in International Law from Must University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security at USP. He serves as Director of Union Training at the São Paulo Bar Association’s Lawyers Union (SASP), is a member of the School of the Brazilian Association of Labor Lawyers (ABRAT), and acts as Secretary of Institutional Relations for the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) before the 2nd Regional Labor Court (TRT 2).
The move strengthens DSA Advogados’ employment practice as the firm seeks to expand its presence in the São Paulo legal market.
