Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Sean Sandoloski as Partner in Washington, D.C.
"Willkie Farr & Gallagher welcomes Sean Sandoloski as a partner in its Washington, D.C. Litigation Department; he will focus on government investigations, complex litigation and appeals."
Sandoloski most recently served as law clerk to Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh at the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to that, he was counsel in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Earlier in his career he held senior roles in the White House and the Department of Justice. At the DOJ he served in the Appellate Section of the Antitrust Division, where he represented the United States in the courts of appeals and advised leadership on criminal and civil enforcement and complex issues of federal law. He also previously clerked for Judge Steven M. Colloton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
He joins Willkie as a partner after having served as counsel at the firm. Sandoloski’s practice concentrates on government investigations, including inquiries by Congress and state attorneys general, as well as complex litigation and appeals. He regularly advises clients on strategic and regulatory matters and has extensive experience in administrative and antitrust law.
