Manatt Adds Kristen Cribbs to Strengthen Life Sciences and Market Access Capabilities
"Manatt has hired Kristen Cribbs as a director in its health care group to bolster life sciences, market access, HEOR and evidence-generation capabilities."
Cribbs brings more than 15 years of experience advising health care and life sciences organizations on evidence generation, value demonstration and commercialization. She has led high-impact engagements across therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology and rare disease, guiding clients through evidence development, payor engagement, reimbursement strategy and commercialization planning. Cribbs has managed global market access and HEOR initiatives—such as real-world evidence strategies, economic modeling, stakeholder engagement and payor communications—and has served as a trusted adviser on operational strategy, business growth and performance management while directing multimillion-dollar client portfolios.
Most recently, Cribbs served as vice president at a health care and life sciences consulting firm, where she led a life sciences portfolio advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology and diagnostics companies on market access, evidence generation and value demonstration strategies. She currently serves as a Research Ethics Advisor for the City University of New York School of Public Health and has been a steering committee member of EmergingAging NYC for more than a decade. Cribbs holds a Ph.D. from the City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, an MPH from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a B.A. from Occidental College.
