Instytut Prawa Konkurencji Lawyers Join Gessel
"Gessel has hired competition and consumer law specialists Monika Bychowska, Maria Mrowka and Elzbieta Witkowska‑Grochowalska to its competition and consumer law team."
The three lawyers have joined Gessel’s competition and consumer law team led by Partner Bernadeta Kasztelan‑Swietlik. According to the firm, they bring many years of experience gained both at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and at Instytut Prawa Konkurencji, a boutique firm they co‑founded after leaving the Office.
Monika Bychowska worked at Instytut Prawa Konkurencji from 2009 to 2026. Earlier she was employed at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection from 1998 to 2009. She will work within Gessel’s competition and consumer law practice.
Maria Mrowka was at Instytut Prawa Konkurencji from 2009 to 2026 and previously worked at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection from 1996 to 2009. She joins Gessel’s competition and consumer law team.
Elzbieta Witkowska‑Grochowalska worked for Instytut Prawa Konkurencji from 2009 to 2026 and was previously at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection from 1998 to 2009. She will serve in Gessel’s competition and consumer law practice.
