Nilgun Serdar Simsek and Nur Duygu Bozkurt Join Tunc Firat Dereli as Partners

Nilgun Serdar Simsek specialises in corporate and M&A and joins Tunc Firat Dereli as a partner. Before joining the firm, she served at Karadeniz Holding as the Executive Legal Director from 2023 to 2026 and worked as a freelance Of Counsel in 2023. Earlier, she was at PwC Turkiye, where she served as a Director from 1999 to 2012 and as a Partner from 2012 to 2023, during which period she also helmed the PwC-affiliated law firm in the country. She began her career at Utky & Sezgin as a lawyer from 1998 to 1999.
Nur Duygu Bozkurt focuses on competition and regulatory compliance and joins Tunc Firat Dereli as a partner. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Associate at Akol from 2024 to 2026. She worked at Moral & Partners as an Associate from 2018 to 2021 and as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2024. Earlier in her career, she was at Paksoy, first as a Legal Intern from 2014 to 2015 and then as an Associate from 2015 to 2018.
