Krzysztof Kaczor Joins JDP as Head of Corporate and Commercial Disputes
"Krzysztof Kaczor has joined JDP as Head of Corporate and Commercial Disputes. He will work in corporate and commercial disputes, joining from Wierzbicki & Co where he was Senior Managing Associate."
Kaczor will lead JDP’s Corporate and Commercial Disputes practice. He joins the firm from Wierzbicki & Co, where he served as Senior Managing Associate from 2025 to 2026. Prior to that he was Of Counsel at Gessel from 2020 to 2025. His earlier roles include In‑House Counsel at Sollers Consulting (2018–2020), Associate at Pulawski Wasilewski Kusnierz (2017–2018), Associate at Kancelaria Adwokacka Romana Giertycha (2016–2017), Lawyer at Brochwicz i Wspolnicy (2014–2015) and Lawyer at KNS Legal (2012–2014).
Partner Marcin Chomiuk said the appointment strengthens JDP’s practice, noting Kaczor’s experience in large‑scale disputes and his ability to combine litigation perspective with business realities.
