Marko Kairjak Joins Sorainen as Partner
"Sorainen has hired former Ellex partner Marko Kairjak and a team of seven lawyers. Kairjak will work on financial‑sector regulatory matters and corporate crime prevention, co‑heading Financial & Insurance and Dispute Resolution teams."
Kairjak focuses on regulatory matters for the financial sector and on corporate crime prevention and resolution. He will co‑head Sorainen’s Financial & Insurance and Dispute Resolution & Risk Management teams and joins the firm with the seniority of Partner.
Previously, Kairjak was a Partner at Ellex from 2020 to 2026, a Partner at TGS Baltic from 2017 to 2020, and a Partner at Varul from 2005 to 2017.
He joined Sorainen together with a team of seven lawyers.
