Nedeloiu joins Stratulat Albulescu to lead the firm’s Banking & Finance practice. She arrives with extensive experience at RTPR, where she progressed through successive roles: Trainee (2012–2013), Junior Associate (2013–2015), Associate (2015–2018), Managing Associate (2018–2021), Senior Associate (2021–2025) and, most recently, Counsel (2025–2026). Her specialization is in banking and finance, and she enters Stratulat Albulescu with the seniority of Partner and head of the practice.
