Arabski will also focus on the development of the firm’s Krakow office.
Arabski specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. He joins Kochanski & Partners with the seniority of Partner and Head of Commercial Disputes. Prior to this return, he was a Partner at SSW from 2022 to 2026 and a Senior Managing Associate at SSW from 2019 to 2022. He previously worked for Kochanski & Partners’ legacy firm, Kochanski Zieba & Partners, as an Associate from 2017 to 2019. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at Zieba & Partners in 2019 and Associate at Forystek & Partners from 2014 to 2017.
