Zamfiropol was a Partner at DLA Piper since 2010. She will specialise in competition and antitrust matters and the life sciences sector at Dentons, leading the firm’s Competition and Antitrust practice in Bucharest and its Life Sciences sector group. Her appointment was described by Dentons’ European Competition and Antitrust co‑head as adding further depth to the firm’s platform and noted her track record in merger control, antitrust investigations and regulatory matters. Dentons’ Romania managing partner said her expertise in high‑profile competition and antitrust matters, including competition‑related litigation, will strengthen the firm’s local capabilities.
