Rex Law Partners Launches Following Deloitte Legal Kosovo Spin-Off

Rex Law Partners was launched on June 1, 2026, following the spin-off of Deloitte’s legal team in Kosovo. According to the firm, Deloitte South Cluster, which includes Kosovo, has decided to discontinue its legal services practice, with current legal services engagements to be transferred to the relevant jurisdictional business leaders.
Ardian Rexha will manage Rex Law Partners. Rexha has been with Deloitte Legal since 2017, when he joined as a Senior Legal Associate. He was promoted to Legal Manager in 2019 and to Senior Legal Manager in 2023. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for the Kosovo Judicial Council as a Senior Researcher from 2014 to 2017 and for a law firm in Pristina as an Associate from 2013 to 2014.
Rexha established Rex Law Partners together with fellow lawyers Nora Grajcevci Mehmeti and Vjollca Hiseni. The announcement does not provide further information on the prior affiliations, seniority or practice specializations of Grajcevci Mehmeti and Hiseni.
