Pavla Kopeckova Prikrylova Joins Peers as Partner
"Pavla Kopeckova Prikrylova has joined Peers as a partner and will work in M&A, commercial transactions, corporate governance, real estate, AI and data protection, leading the firm's start-up and venture capital advisory."
Kopeckova Prikrylova focuses on M&A and commercial transactions, corporate governance, real estate, AI, and data protection. At Peers, she will lead the development of the start-up and venture capital advisory.
Before joining the firm, she was a Partner with Peterka & Partners, which she co-founded in 2001. Earlier, she worked for Clifford Chance as a Legal Clerk and a Junior Lawyer from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that she was a Legal Clerk at Brobeck, Hale and Dorr International from 1993 to 1994.
