Andrii Datskiv Joins Golaw as Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Datskiv joins Golaw to lead its litigation and dispute resolution practice. He enters the firm with the seniority of Partner and Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Prior to joining Golaw, Datskiv was with Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners, where he served as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2022 and as a Partner from 2022 to 2026. Before that, he worked at Arzinger as an Associate from 2012 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he held in‑house and corporate legal roles as Legal Counsel at ISIDA Clinic (2011–2012), at Paper and Board Company (2010–2011), and at Tema LLC in 2010.
