Wolf Theiss Welcomes Ludek Chvosta and Pawel Laczkowski as Partners

Ludek Chvosta becomes a Partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Prague. He joins Wolf Theiss from Kinstellar, where he served as a Partner from 2024 to 2026. Previously, he worked at Noerr as a Senior Associate (2018–2019), Counsel (2019–2020) and Associate Partner (2020–2024), and at White & Case as a Junior Associate (2010–2013) and Associate (2013–2018).
Pawel Laczkowski assumes the role of Head of Energy & Natural Resources in Warsaw. He joins the firm from White & Case, where he was Counsel from 2024 to 2026. His earlier roles include Associate Partner at Deloitte Legal (2021–2024) and Consultant (2005–2007), and General Counsel at ENEA Operator (2014–2020).
