Triniti Rebrands in Lithuania and Welcomes Four New Partners
"Triniti has rebranded in Lithuania and added four Partners: Ernesta Ziogiene (real estate and construction), Giedre Dailidenaite (corporate/M&A, commercial, competition), Marius Devyzis (dispute resolution) and Jonas Platelis (dispute resolution)."
Ernesta Ziogiene joins Triniti as a Partner and focuses on real estate and construction. She was a Partner at Noewe Legal from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, she served as Managing Partner for Lithuania at Deloitte Legal from 2016 to 2023, and worked at Varul as an Associate Partner from 2011 to 2014 and as a Partner from 2014 to 2016.
Giedre Dailidenaite joins Triniti as a Partner and focuses on corporate and M&A, commercial, and competition matters. Before joining Triniti, she was a Partner at Noewe Legal from 2023 to 2026 and previously served as a Partner at Primus from 2016 to 2023.
Marius Devyzis joins Triniti as a Partner and focuses on dispute resolution. Before the move, he was the Managing Partner of Noewe Legal from 2023 to 2026. Earlier in his career he was a Partner at Primus from 2016 to 2023, a Partner at Varul from 2011 to 2016, a Partner at WILL from 2005 to 2011, a Lawyer at EY Law from 2003 to 2005, and a Lawyer at Jurevicius, Balciunas, and Bartkus from 2001 to 2003.
Jonas Platelis joins Triniti as a Partner and focuses on dispute resolution. Before joining Triniti, he was an Associate Partner at Noewe Legal from 2024 to 2026. He previously served as an Associate Partner at Primus from 2021 to 2024, as an Attorney at Law at KPMG Legal from 2019 to 2021, and earlier founded and led Pro Lege as a Partner from 2013 to 2019.
