DLA Piper adds Cillian Moynihan as partner to Global Private Equity team

Moynihan joins DLA Piper as a partner with more than a decade of experience spanning private practice and senior in‑house roles. He specialises in advising private equity, venture capital, credit and sovereign wealth funds on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including private M&A and public takeovers. Most recently he held a senior in‑house role at a global investment fund, where he advised on M&A activity, growth‑stage investments and strategic legal matters, including the establishment and first close of its new growth fund vehicle.
