Braga brings 22 years of experience in corporate labour law, with a focus on strategic litigation, employment consulting and union relations. Her background includes work at law firms and in-house legal departments. She has led labour planning and strategies related to liability management, conflict prevention, corporate policy and negotiations during strike movements. Braga also has experience in collective labour law and labour compliance, having worked on matters involving the industrial, technology, healthcare, infrastructure and education sectors.
At Pessoa & Pessoa, Braga will seek to align labour analysis with business decisions, weighing legal aspects alongside the effects of corporate strategies on operations and management. She is a researcher at the University of São Paulo (GETRAB-USP) and holds a postgraduate degree from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) in Spain.
