Ecija appoints Eva Santervás as partner to strengthen its financial regulation practice

Santervás joins Ecija from Deloitte Legal, where she spent the last 15 years specialising in financial regulation. She enters Ecija with partnership seniority to lead and develop the Financial Regulation practice. During her career she has advised banks and fintech companies, both Spanish and international, on banking and payment services, electronic money, consumer credit, anti-money laundering and digital assets. Her work has included projects combining regulation and technology, such as authorisation processes for new entities, product launches, international expansion and matters linked to crypto-assets, tokenisation, cryptocurrency payments, fan tokens and NFTs. She is also a member of Women in Banking Spain.
