Bradshaw advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, commercial agreements, governance, compliance and complex strategic matters. He joins Galadari as a partner and brings experience across transactional and advisory corporate work.
His practice also covers the construction, infrastructure, energy and oil and gas sectors. He has negotiated engineering, consultancy and energy-related contracts involving international and national oil companies, contractors and multinational businesses, and has advised on projects including pipelines, refineries, power infrastructure and major developments. Bradshaw also advises on contentious matters, including arbitration and complex commercial disputes involving construction, maritime and contractual issues, as well as economic tort, fraud and employment-related claims, supporting clients from structuring and negotiation through to risk management and dispute strategy.
