Leofreddi arrives from Dentons and brings a long-standing specialization in Debt Capital Markets and structured finance. For more than twenty-five years he has advised banks, financial institutions and Italian and international issuers on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions. His work covers Euro Medium Term Note programmes and related issuances, stand-alone bond transactions, retail offers, buyback and exchange offers of debt instruments, and the structuring and updating of related contractual and regulatory documentation. He also has experience in sovereign debt issuances and familiarity with regulatory issues connected to capital markets transactions, assisting clients in dealings with supervisory authorities and listing venues including Consob, Borsa Italiana, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin.
Michele Crisostomo, senior partner at the firm, commented that Leofreddi’s arrival is part of the firm’s selective growth strategy and that his standing in Debt Capital Markets will further strengthen the depth and quality of CRCCD’s Capital Markets practice.
