Debevoise & Plimpton Adds Carolyn Sarif-Killea as Counsel in Fund Finance Practice

Ms. Sarif-Killea advises private funds and financial institutions on a broad range of fund financing transactions, including subscription credit facilities, private equity NAV facilities, secondaries and credit fund NAV facilities, GP financings, asset-based financings, partner loan programs, acquisition financings, workouts and restructurings and other bespoke financing arrangements. She joins Debevoise & Plimpton as counsel and previously practiced in the New York office of another international law firm. Ms. Sarif-Killea received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2018 and her B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government from Harvard College in 2015.
