Milbank Adds Luke Charleston as Partner to New York Alternative Investments Practice

Mr. Charleston brings nearly two decades of experience advising lenders, ad hoc creditor groups, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of debt financing and restructuring matters. His work has covered direct and syndicated financings, liability management transactions, stressed, distressed and rescue financings, and both in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings across industries including aviation, gaming, retail, media, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, energy, security and healthcare. He joins Milbank as a partner from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he served as a partner in the Special Situations and Capital Solutions practices.
