Vincent Desry previously practised at Temime and then at Cohen & Gresser, where he intervened on high‑stakes, often sensitive matters with significant international dimensions. He specialises in business criminal litigation (droit pénal des affaires) and has worked on complex, multi‑jurisdictional disputes. He emphasises an exacting, strategic approach to defence, rooted in experience and sustained work rather than memo drafting.
He joins Signature Litigation with his collaborators Alix Crocheton and Alix Meslier de Rocan, with whom he shares the same demanding and strategic conception of defence. The three will contribute to the firm’s capacity to handle sensitive, high‑exposure matters and to offer an integrated approach to the criminal issues faced by companies and their executives.
