ASAFO & CO. welcomes team from Stork Avocats to its Paris office

Nicolas Jean, founder of Stork Avocats, has developed a practice specialised in the legal and contractual structuring of complex operations, including project development, structured financings, public contracts, public-private partnerships and institutional reforms. He joins ASAFO & CO. as a partner and will come from Stork Avocats, the firm he founded. He is also reported to join the firm’s global governance.
Perrine Delandre, who focuses on project development, public contracts and public-private partnerships, joins ASAFO & CO. as part of the Stork Avocats team now integrated into the Paris office.
Aurélien de Casteja, whose practice covers structured financings and fund structuring, also joins ASAFO & CO. with the Stork Avocats team.
Two collaborators from Stork Avocats, Yasmin Chebaro and Jean-Etienne Guitard, are joining ASAFO & CO. in Paris as part of the integrated team.
