Valoris Avocats expands expertise with new partners Wilfried Meynet and Eléonore Varale

Wilfried Meynet
Wilfried Meynet is a recognised specialist in law of the social and solidarity economy, sports law and sponsorship/mécénat. He holds a Magistère Juriste d’affaires (DJCE de Lyon) and a DEA in History of Law and Social Facts (Lyon III). Registered with the Marseille Bar since 1996 and with the Luxembourg Bar since 2002, he advises, assists and defends various structures of the social and solidarity economy (associations, foundations, endowment funds, cooperatives, ESS commercial companies) on legal issues arising from their legal form, activities or development needs. He assists sporting organisations with their structuring and legal safeguards for operations including statutes and internal regulations, taxation, creation of sporting companies, sponsorship and mécénat operations (creation of foundations or endowment funds), and civil and commercial contracts. He is founder and deputy president of the Association des Amis de l'Opéra Royal de Versailles, a member of the scientific committee of Jurisassociations, a member of the bureau of the Haut Conseil à la vie associative and a member of the Conseil supérieur de l’Économie sociale et solidaire, and is the author of the Code du Mécénat. He advises French, Luxembourg and international clients in French, German and English.
Eléonore Varale
Eléonore Varale was admitted to the Marseille Bar upon her oath in January 2025. She holds a Master 2 in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and practises in the law of the social and solidarity economy, supporting structures in sport, culture, education, the medico‑social sector and in mécénat. She speaks French, German and English.
