Archers establishes employment law practice led by Anna-Christina Chaves

Anna-Christina Chaves and her team advise French and international companies, financial institutions and investment funds on a full range of labor law matters, in both advisory and contentious contexts. They have particular expertise in cross-border projects, restructurings, transfers of activities and complex social situations.
Chaves has developed a social law practice with a financial emphasis, intervening on M&A operations, social audits and due diligences, HR integrations, management packages, restructuring plans (PSE, RCC, APLD, PDV) and on remuneration and employee savings policies.
In 2025 she worked on several market transactions, acting notably as labor counsel to Ardian in the sale of Grand Frais to Apollo in December 2025; assisting Magellan Partners in the November 2025 acquisition of a business branch of Worldline (ex-ATOS), a transaction that enabled Magellan to double in size; and supporting La Grande Récré in the transformation of its integrated store model into member stores within a cooperative.
Chaves said she was delighted to join Archers to create and direct the new employment law practice, highlighting the project’s technical synergies, shared values and a commitment to professional excellence.
