Osborne Clarke strengthens Life Sciences team with counsel Eléonore Valleur
"Osborne Clarke appoints Eléonore Valleur as counsel in its Life Sciences team; she will work on health law, focusing on complex product liability litigation and regulatory and ethics matters."
Eléonore Valleur is a lawyer practising in health law with significant expertise in complex litigation, notably in product liability for health products. She has spent more than ten years advising French and international actors in the Life Sciences sector on these disputes and is experienced in the ethical and regulatory environment of the sector. Her expertise particularly covers litigation related to health products, the regulation applicable to medicines and medical devices, and the ethics of industry relations with healthcare professionals. She holds a Master II in law of health products and health industries from Université Paris V - Descartes.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Valleur practised for nearly ten years, notably at the firm Simmons & Simmons, where she worked on complex health law matters. She also served as a jurist in the legal department of Teva Santé, where she was responsible for compliance issues and relations with healthcare professionals.
