Veil Jourde appoints Juliette Bour to lead Restructuring

Juliette Bour is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. She holds a Master in Management (EDHEC Business School) and a Master II Recherche in Financial Law (Université Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne). She began her career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2012–2016), then practised at SCP Santoni & Associés (2017–2020) and Bersay (2021–2024) before taking the head of the Restructuring practice at DWF in 2024 in the capacity of associée. Bour has significant experience in preventive and collective proceedings, restructurings and complex turnaround situations, and also intervenes in litigation related to insolvency proceedings and commercial law. She advises domestic and international clients including lenders, funds, investors, shareholders, debtors and creditors in both amicable and judicial contexts. She is a member of ARE, Women in Restructuring and the IBA, and serves as Vice‑chair of the Creditors’ Rights Subcommittee.
