Marvell Avocats strengthens its litigation and IP/IT–Data teams

Mathilde Charmet-Ingold joins Marvell Avocats as a partner and brings recognised expertise in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and complex, high-stakes matters. She is accompanied by her collaborator Adèle Canus-Lacoste. Their arrival is intended to strengthen and structure Marvell Avocats’ contentious offering dedicated to company leaders, shareholders and businesses, in line with the firm’s entrepreneurial DNA. Charmet-Ingold said she intends to provide high value-added litigation support that combines legal expertise and an understanding of corporate issues and to develop her practice in industrial risk areas, notably in the renewable energy sector.
Philippine de Jerphanion joins Marvell Avocats as a partner responsible for creating and developing the IP/IT–Data department. She has held several positions in firms specialised in intellectual property and technology law and, for five years, led her own practice advising both established groups and innovative, high-growth start-ups. She advises on intellectual property, technology matters and personal data protection, with recognised expertise for software publishers and SaaS actors.
