Squair Welcomes Two New Partners

Marion Caroff‑Balleydier joins Squair as a partner in the Tax team in Paris. She has more than fifteen years of experience advising French and international companies on the full range of tax matters, both in day-to-day management and in the context of structuring projects. She also acts on tax audits and litigation, representing clients at all stages of the procedure. Marion has developed recognized expertise in sectoral taxes applicable to medicines and medical devices and on fiscal issues specific to the healthcare industry; she also intervenes in URSSAF controls concerning pharmaceutical taxes and in litigation before judicial courts. She began her career in 2009 within the International Division of Fidal, then joined KPMG Avocats where she practiced for several years, before joining Squair as a partner.
Baptiste Beaucourt joins Squair as a partner in the Insurance team in Lyon. He has developed solid experience in strategic advice and litigation, notably serving as a partner at Saint‑Exupéry Avocats in Lyon. He advises healthcare professionals regardless of their mode and framework of practice, as well as public and private health establishments and pharmaceutical laboratories, on all legal issues related to their activities, in particular health law and insurance law. He also assists victims of bodily injury nationwide in amicable and judicial proceedings to obtain full compensation for their losses (traffic accidents, workplace accidents, accidents of daily life, assaults, natural disasters, attacks). Finally, he advises and represents companies and their managers before civil and commercial courts in the prevention and resolution of commercial and industrial disputes.
