Keels Avocats strengthens tax expertise with the arrival of Christel Alberti

Christel Alberti is a recognised expert in transactional tax. She advises listed and unlisted companies, investment funds, executives and founders on French and cross-border M&A, LBOs, management packages and group reorganisations, and supports clients in tax audits, tax litigation and wealth structuring. She joins Keels Avocats as a partner. Christel began her career at Andersen Legal in 2002, then worked at EY Law before joining White & Case in 2005. She co-founded the firm SLVF in 2012, which was subsequently brought together with Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2017. She is a member of the A3F (Association Française des Femmes Fiscalistes) and the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
