Olivier Pottier brings solid experience in the management of complex claims, including fires, building collapses and industrial accidents. He advises companies, public entities, insurers and brokers on strategic claims management in pre‑litigation, judicial expertise and contentious phases, and covers a broad range of insurance law issues.
Inscribed at the Paris Bar since 2016, Mr. Pottier began his career in the litigation and arbitration department of Squire Patton Boggs and subsequently developed his expertise at the French firms Beldev and H&A, which specialize in civil liability, damages and insurance. He is a member of AMRAE and AIDA.
