Colbert strengthens corporate, M&A and private equity team with partner Gaëtan Le Page

Le Page brings solid experience in M&A and private equity, advising French and international companies, founders and investors on complex equity transactions and growth strategies. He works primarily on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures (including by way of public offers) and on capital markets operations such as initial public offerings, capital increases and securities issuances.
Before joining Colbert, Gaëtan Le Page, a member of the Paris bar, worked within the corporate‑M&A and private equity departments of leading international and French firms, notably Linklaters and Aramis. François‑Xavier Ruellan, partner and head of the restructuring – troubled companies – distressed M&A department, said Le Page’s arrival strengthens the firm’s capacity to handle high value‑added mandates and complements its development strategy.
