Elvire Tardivon-Lorizon joins RSM Avocats as partner

Her arrival is intended to reinforce the firm’s tax practice, notably to support French and international clients on indirect tax matters, including VAT, customs and international trade. With 25 years of experience, Elvire advises on consulting, tax audits and litigation in domestic and international indirect tax matters affecting companies and groups, as well as international groups considering establishing in France. To assist clients internationally, she will draw on the RSM network present in more than 120 countries.
Elvire has also developed specific expertise in VAT and payroll tax in sectors where VAT is far from neutral, notably banking and financial services, asset management, insurance, real estate, the public sector and the associative (non-profit) sector.
She began her legal career at Ernst & Young, then worked at Deloitte, before joining Mazars (then Marccus Partners) and, most recently, Grant Thornton as a partner.
Admitted to the Hauts-de-Seine bar in 1999 and now registered with the Paris bar, she holds a DESS in Business and Taxation and a DEA in Public Law from Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as a corporate finance certification from HEC Paris.
Elvire Tardivon-Lorizon has long taught taxation in the DJCE at CY Cergy Paris Université and is responsible for the VAT professional practice module at HEDAC (Haute École des Avocats Conseils de Versailles).
