Hervé Pisani joins White & Case as partner in Corporate M&A

Recognized as a leading M&A lawyer, Hervé Pisani advises clients on strategic and cross-border transactions. He has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, privatizations and litigation, including securities litigation, and advises large French and international corporates, public companies and the State. He brings more than 35 years of experience to White & Case.
Hervé Pisani joins White & Case from Freshfields, where he had been a partner since 2012 and was responsible for the Corporate M&A activity. He began his career at Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he became a partner in 1998, and then moved to Darrois Villey in 2001. He holds degrees from Paris‑Dauphine and Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne and is ranked in the Chambers guides and listed as Hall of Fame in Legal500.
White & Case’s Paris office, which is celebrating its 100th year, now comprises more than 220 lawyers, including 65 partners.
